Bahyaar Sanaat Sepahan, a knowledge-based company, has leveraged its native expertise to design and manufacture various laser welding and cutting systems customized for specific applications. Bahyar’s laser welding and cutting machines are optimized and personalized based on the client’s requests and requirements, and they come with comprehensive after-sales services for up to 10 years. The Bahyaar intelligent laser cutting robot system is the first native laser system installed and commissioned on the cold rolling mill line of Mobarakeh Steel Company in Sepahan. Due to the limited space at the installation site of the laser cutting system on the temper mill line and its unique application, a customized design has been implemented. This system moves in three directions: θ, Y, Z, and all parts of this system have been programmed and manufactured at Bahyar Sanat. Bahyar’s laser engraving machine can be used for permanent engraving of two-dimensional and three-dimensional surfaces of both metals and non-metals. Additionally, this machine can cut these materials to a specified thickness, which depends on the laser power. The use of MOPA laser technology enables color engraving on various surfaces. Bahyar Sanat Sepahan is capable of providing various laser engraving systems, both robotic and static, for production lines and custom industries.
